Realism Biennial 2012 Applications DUE!
Deadline: Friday, April 27, 2012

The Fort Wayne Museum of Art's Contemporary Realism Biennial 2012 is a national invitational and juried exhibition which highlights the strength and innovation of America's current trends in Realism. Since the reconfiguration of the Museum's Biennial to explore realism in 2006, the exhibition has grown in size, scope and prestige.

Eligibility

Open to all artists who are 18 years and older who reside or exhibit regularly in the United States, and work in a realistic or representational style.

Only paintings, drawings, and sculpture are eligible.
Works selected for the exhibition must have been created after June 1, 2007.
Two-dimensional work should not exceed 72 inches in any direction.
Three-dimensional work should not exceed 150 pounds and 40 inches in any direction.
All work must be prepared for display (no sawtooth hangers).
Deadline is April 27, 2012.
