IPFW High School Art Exhibition
IPFW Visual Arts Gallery

Student Artists' Reception on Friday, February 13 from 6-8 pm; Awards at 7 pm.


The IPFW Departments of Fine Arts and Visual Communication and Design are teaming up to showcase the work of some of the area's most talented high school artists. High schools from 11 neighboring counties have been invited to participate in showing their students' best works in Fine Art, Graphic Design, and Photography. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finalists, chosen by a jury panel comprised of faculty members from both departments.

Gallery Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8 am to 9 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 10 am to 5 pm

March 2-20, 2009
Artist's Reception: Thursday, March 5 from 5-7 pm


Sayaka Ganz reclaims discarded and mundane objects and integrates them into different life forms. Collectively, these reclaimed objects transcend their origins and become animal or natural forms that seem alive. Guests are invited to witness her creative process as she works on an installation in the Visual Arts Gallery during the month of March.

Installation Work dates:
March 2, 4, & 6 from 2:00-5:00 pm
March 3, 10, 12, 17, & 19 from 4:30 to 7:30 pm
